Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
IntranetOS (“we”, “us”) operates the intranetos.com website and the Entra Intranet Connector Pro plugin. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled.
1. Data we collect
- Purchase data: when you buy a license, our payment processor (PayPal) collects your payment details. We never see or store your card numbers. We store your name, email address, license key, plan, and purchase amount.
- License activation data: when you activate the plugin on your WordPress site, your site sends us your license key and site URL so we can validate the license and count activations against your site limit.
- Update checks: licensed sites periodically contact our server to check for plugin updates, sending the license key and site URL only.
2. Data we do NOT collect
- We do not receive your employee directory data, Microsoft 365 content, documents, tickets, or any content synced by the plugin. All of that stays inside your own WordPress database and your own Microsoft tenant.
- We do not use tracking cookies for advertising, and we do not sell any data to third parties.
3. Microsoft / Entra ID data
The plugin connects your WordPress site to YOUR Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant using credentials you create and control. Tokens and directory data flow directly between your site and Microsoft. They never pass through our servers.
4. How we use your data
- To deliver your license key and plugin downloads.
- To validate licenses and enforce site limits.
- To provide plugin updates and important service notices.
- To respond to support requests.
5. Retention & your rights
We keep purchase and license records while your license is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for accounting purposes. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@intranetos.com. Deleting your data revokes your license.
6. Security
License keys are stored hashed-agnostic but access-controlled in our WordPress database. All connections to our server use HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal under their own security certifications.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be announced by email to active license holders.
